The applications of candidates who want to study at our university evaluated by the commission and the process of Additional Placement-2 for 2024-2025 Academic Year is completed.
An electronic Acceptance Letter will be sent to the candidates who have been placed at our university and paid 25% of the tuition fee to the bank listed below between 30 October / 04 November 2024. For your questions and problems write to this e-mail address: mustafaozyurek@erciyes.edu.tr
An acceptance letter will not be sent to prospective students who do not make payment by the specified dates.
You can learn the result of placement from https://obp.erciyes.edu.tr with your username and password you used in your application.
Prospective students who have gained the right to pre-register as a result of the Additional Placement-2 have the right to final registration between 30 October / 04 November 2024. These students have to pay 25% of the tuition fee and 75% of the amount will be paid after the final registration (75% of the tuition fee will not be deposited to this account: TR590001200124100004000096). If the students who pay 25% of the tuition fee for pre-registration give up final registration the amount they have paid will not be refunded.
Those who do not pre-register before final registration and don’t pay 25% of the tuition fee will lose their registration rights.
The students who have been placed as a result of the international student admission procedures in the 2024-2025 academic year have to pre-register between 30 October / 04 November 2024 and pay 25% of the tuition fee. Those who pre-register and paid 25% of the amount have to come to the Student Affairs personally for the final registration.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FINAL REGISTRATION
1. The original of the exam result document,
2. Original passport and a notarized photocopy translated into Turkish (For students who do not have a passport, registration will not be made.)
3. High School Diploma: The original of the high school diploma or provisional graduation certificate, translated into Turkish notarized or certified copy by Consulate. (For high school senior students, a student certificate proving their status and notary or consulate certified copy translated into Turkish).
4. Student visa for foreign candidates coming from outside Türkiye, residence permit for those in Turkey.
5. The original of the foreign language-Turkish proficiency certificate which is internationally valid and certified by the Consulate,
6. The original copy of Turkish proficiency certificate at C1 level of those who have received formal (face-to-face) education from State Universities or have been successful in their exams or those who have studied at Yunus Emre Institute,
7. Residence permit,
8. Foreign National Identity Number,
9. Entry-exit document (entrance and exit record to the country). Students who are Turkish nationals and have completed their high school education abroad are required to submit a document with a barcode from the e-government or with a wet signature and stamp from the Provincial Police Department, indicating the time they spent abroad during their entire high school education.
10. 1 photo, 4,5 X 6 size - Photos must be taken from the front line in the last 6 months and must be easy to introduce the candidate.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT REGISTRATION
1. Students who have gained the right to register must pay 25% of the tuition fee between 30 October / 04 November, 2024 in order to gain the right to final registration. Paying candidate students should log in to Erciyes University Student Information system https://obisis.erciyes.edu.tr/ and create a password from the "I don't know my password" tab between 05 - 29 November 2024. After the Pre-Registration Procedures are completed, they must come to the Student Affairs in person between 05- 29 November 2024 for Final Registration with the documents required.
2. Applications not made within the period specified in the announcement will not be taken into consideration.
3. Uncertified copies or photocopies of the documents required for registration are not accepted.
4. If documents are missing, registration will not be made.
5. Candidates who do not register between the specified dates cannot claim any rights.
6. Turkish candidates who state that they have renounced their citizenship must prove that they have left the country with the document taken from the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs.
7. If the documents (receipt, diploma, exam result document, etc.) during the application and registration process are fake, unreal and invalid, the student cannot benefit from the rights given and fees paid are absolutely non-refundable. Even if the student is registered, his registration will be deleted. In such cases, Erciyes University has the right to initiate the necessary legal proceedings.
