2025-2026 Academic Year Foreign Student Placement Results and Registration

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. In order to avoid any mistakes or errors related to payments, thoroughly review the relevant points.

ONLY THE 25% PAYMENT SHOULD BE TRANSFERRED TO THIS ACCOUNT: TR590001200124100004000096. THE REMAINING 75% MUST NOT BE DEPOSITED INTO THIS ACCOUNT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

 

Applications of international students who wish to study at our university in the 2025–2026 academic year have been reviewed and placement decisions have been finalized by our committee.

An official Letter of Acceptance will be sent electronically to the placed candidates only after the payment of 25% of the tuition fee is made to the bank account provided below between July 28 – August 1, 2025 (until the end of business hours).

Letters of Acceptance will only be sent after verifying the 25% tuition payments. For questions or issues regarding the acceptance letters, please email: bekiryilmaz@erciyes.edu.tr

Candidates who do not make the payment within the specified period will not receive an acceptance letter.

You can check your placement result at https://obp.erciyes.edu.tr using your applicant username and password. Due to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, placement lists will not be published openly.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Students who are granted pre-registration rights through the 2025–2026 international student placement process for associate and undergraduate programs must deposit 25% of the tuition fee between July 28 – August 1, 2025 in order to gain the right to final registration.
  • The remaining 75% of the tuition fee will be paid during the final registration period.
  • (THE 75% PAYMENT MUST ABSOLUTELY NOT BE MADE TO THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT: TR590001200124100004000096)
  • Students who deposit the 25% tuition for pre-registration but later choose not to proceed with final registration will not be refunded. (An exception is only made for those who fail to obtain a study visa and can provide official documentation of the rejection.)
  • Candidates who are eligible for registration but fail to complete the pre-registration process or do not pay the 25% tuition fee will lose their registration rights.

 

As a result of the international student admission process, candidates who have been granted the right to enroll in our university’s higher education programs for the 2025–2026 academic year must pay 25% of the tuition fee between July 28 – August 1, 2025 for pre-registration. Students who complete this payment must then apply in person to the Student Affairs Office between August 4 – 29, 2025 to finalize their registration.

Payment Explanation Format:

You must write your full name and passport number in the payment description field. If this information is missing, we will not be able to verify your payment.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: The remaining 75% of the tuition fee must not be transferred to the above account. Payment instructions for the remaining amount will be given at the time of final registration.

Final registration must be completed in person at the Student Affairs Department.

 

Required Documents for Final Registration:

  1. Original exam result document
  2. Original passport and notarized Turkish translation (students without passports will not be registered)
  3. Original high school diploma or provisional graduation certificate, and notarized or consulate-approved Turkish translation. (For final-year students: a student certificate showing current status, with Turkish translation and approval)
  4. Study visa for students arriving from abroad; residence permit for students already in Türkiye
  5. Original language proficiency certificate (for Turkish or a foreign language), approved by a Turkish Embassy/Consulate
  6. Original C1 level Turkish proficiency certificate (issued by a state university or Yunus Emre Institute)
  7. Residence permit document
  8. Entry-Exit Record: Turkish citizens who completed high school abroad must submit a barcoded entry-exit document from e-devlet or an original signed and sealed document from the Provincial Police Department showing their time abroad
  9. One biometric photo (4.5x6.0 cm, taken within the last 6 months)
  10. Official Letter of Acceptance
  11. National Health Insurance (GSS) document – to be submitted after registration
  12. Receipt for payment of the 2025–2026 Fall semester tuition fee (to be paid after student account is created during registration)

Additional Notes:

  1. Students who gain admission must pay 25% of their tuition fee between July 28 – August 1, 2025.
  2. Those who make the payment must complete their pre-registration via the Erciyes University Student Information System:
    https://obisis.erciyes.edu.tr/ – click “Forgot Password” to create a password, complete the Pre-registration, then
    visit the Student Affairs Department in person between August 4 – August 29, 2025 to complete final registration.
  3. Applications not completed within the specified dates will not be considered.
  4. Photocopies or uncertified documents will not be accepted.
  5. Incomplete documents mean no registration.
  6. Those who fail to register within the specified dates will lose all rights.
  7. Candidates who renounced Turkish citizenship must provide an official document from the General Directorate of Civil Registration and Citizenship Affairs.
  8. If any document submitted during application or registration (payment receipt, diploma, exam result, etc.) is found to be fake, invalid, or forged, the student will lose all rights, the tuition will not be refunded, and any registration already made will be cancelled. Legal action will be taken by Erciyes University in such cases.
