OSYS APPLICATION

Placement process is carried out by OSYM to Faculties and Colleges within the structure of our university.

Lateral Transfer Application

Students who want to transfer to higher education programs of our university from other universities.

1-Inter-Institutional Transfer: After the lateral transfer announcement published on the website of our University (http://www.erciyes.edu.tr) every year in July by the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education, after being published at http://www.yok.gov.tr,Applications are made according to the announcement, quota and application calendar.

2 – Lateral transfer according to Additional Article-1 (Transfer with OSYS Score): If the student's central placement score in the year he/she is registered is equal to or higher than the base score of the diploma program he/she wishes to pass, the student can apply for lateral transfer, including the preparatory class. The application calendar for lateral transfer to the program, the principles regarding the student quota and the procedures and principles regarding lateral transfers are determined by the Higher Education Executive Board. In accordance with the determined procedures and principles, the applications of the students are evaluated by the relevant boards of higher education institutions and their transfers are accepted. In cases where the application is more than the quota, the lateral transfer of the candidate up to the quota is accepted by starting from the candidate with the highest OSYS score.

Application for Foreign Students

Applications are made in June or July each year between the dates specified in the Academic Calendar. Student quotas, documents required for application and application dates are determined within the framework of the principles of the Council of Higher Education. Application for Erasmus Program

Study mobility is carried out within the framework of the Erasmus University Charter and the existing bilateral agreements of the higher education institution for Erasmus exchange. The activity is that the student registered in the higher education institution carries out a part of his education in the higher education institution abroad, which is partnered with a bilateral agreement.

Application for Farabi Exchange Program

Within the scope of Farabi Exchange Program, students registered in higher education institutions can participate in student exchange. Exchange includes the student who is registered in a higher education institution to continue a part of his education in another higher education institution in accordance with the Farabi Exchange Program Protocol. The student exchange period covers at least one and at most two semesters.

Application for Mevlana Programs

Those who have a grade point average of 2.50/4.00 as of the date of application among associate and undergraduate students;

Those who have a 3.00/4.00 grade point average as of the application date;

Undergraduate students who have completed the preparatory class and are at least in the first year of their department can apply to the Mevlana Exchange Program.

Application for Teaching Staff Program

Higher education institutions determine the research assistant quotas they want to appoint within the scope of OYP and the special conditions to be sought for candidates who will apply for undergraduate or graduate programs, and notify YOK. OYP research assistant quotas determined by YOK Executive Board are announced on the YOK website.

Candidates apply to the announced OYP research assistant positions on the website of YOK in accordance with the declaration procedure. The placements for OYP research assistant positions are made through the central system based on the OYP score, and the results are announced by YOK after the approval of the Executive Board.

Application for Summer School

1- Actions to be taken by the students of our university who will take lessons from the summer school to be opened in our university; -Students who want to take the courses to be opened in the Summer School will register for the courses from OBISIS and after depositing the summer school fee in the system to the bank.

2- Procedures to be taken by other university students who will take courses in the summer school to be opened in our university; - For other University students to take courses from our University's summer school, they must first register through the system and choose courses from OBISIS. Registrations will be made after depositing the summer school fee to the bank after the course selection.

3- Actions to be taken by the students of our university who will take courses from the summer schools to be opened in other universities; -Students of our University who will take courses from summer schools that will be opened at other Universities must first approve the contents of the courses they will take, and then have them approved by the Student Affairs Department in terms of student rights. Grades of students who have not received the necessary approvals will not be processed into the system.
