Applications of candidates who want to study at our University as a foreign student in the 2022-2023 Academic Year have been evaluated by our commission and the placement process has been completed. An acceptance letter will be sent by -mail to the candidates who have been placed at our university.
You can learn your placement result at https://obp.erciyes.edu.tr with your username and password you used in your application. In accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), the list is not published openly.
The final registration procedures of the candidates who are eligible to enter the higher education programs of our university in the 2022-2023 academic year will be held between 05 – 09 September 2022.
(Registration will be made in person at the Student Affairs Office.)
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION
- The original high school diploma and 'certificate of equivalence' document (can be taken from the Turkish embassy or consulate in your country, if not, from Turkiye Ministry of Education).
- Original exam result document
- Original passport and notarized photocopy of Turkish translation
- “Student Visa”- Students who come from other countries have to take from their country or nearest Turkish foreign representations; students in Turkiye have to take from the Provincial Directorate of Police
- Original document of internationally recognized Proficiency Certificate of Foreign Language – Turkish, approved by Turkish Consulate or Embassy in your own country.
- Residence permit
- Foreign Nationals Identification number
- Entry-exit document (entrance and exit record to the country). Students who are Turkish nationals and have completed their high school education abroad are required to submit a document with a barcode from the e-government or with a wet signature and stamp from the Provincial Police Department, indicating the time they spent abroad during their entire high school education.
- "Acceptance Letter" sent by our University
- 1 photo, 4,5 X 6 size - Photos must be taken from the front line in the last 6 months and must be easy to introduce the candidate.
- A receipt showing that you have paid the tuition fee for the fall semester of the 2022-2023 academic year (It will be deposited after the student information is created during registration.)

IMPORTANT NOTES ON REGISTRATION
- Students who have the right to final registration have to login to Erciyes University Student Information System at https://obisis.erciyes.edu.tr/, create a password from the I don't know my password tab and PRE-REGISTER. Please click to access information on how to do ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION:

- After pre-registration, the documents requested in the above-mentioned must be delivered personally to the Student Affairs Department within the registration dates for final registration.
- Applications not made within the period specified in the announcement will not be considered.
- An unapproved copy or photocopy of the documents requested for registration is not accepted.
- If the documents are missing, no registration is made.
- The candidate who does not register between the specified dates cannot claim any rights.
- Candidates who have quit Republic of Turkey citizenship must document their status with a document received from the General Directorate of Civil Registration and Citizenship Affairs.
