2016-2017 Student Admıssıon From Abroad For Assocıate Degree And Undergraduate Degree Programs.

ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE ERCIYES UNIVERSITY PRESIDENT’S OFFICE

           

With regard to the registration procedures for foreign students, selected applicants who deserve to register to the higher education programmes of Erciyes University in 2016-2017 academic year will register between August 31 and September 2 2016. In the event that there may be someone among these selected applicants who do not register, back up applicants can register between September 14-16, 2016.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The accaptance letters will be sent to the placed applicants’ email adresses that are used for the application web site. We won’t sent the letters by post.Thats why the placed applicants should check their emails (even spam,junk,not important mails). If you can’t see any mails from Erciyes University including the accaptance letter, please contact  our Student Affairs Office.

 

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

1- Original High School Diploma and the “Equivalency Certificate”, which will be received from Turkish Embassies or Consulates in their own countries or from the Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Education identifying that the high school certificate is equal to the diplomas received from the high schools in Turkey

2- The original Examination Result certificate,

3- The original Passport and notarized copy of it in Turkish translation,

4- Bank receipt, (Bank name and account information for the students to pay the tuition fee will be given during registration )

5- Except for the applicants applying inside Turkey and asking for registering to our University in spite of entering any higher education institution, those coming outside of Turkey should receive a “Student Visa” from their own countries or from the nearest external representations of Turkey, and as for those in Turkey from Provincial Police Headquarters.

6- The original copy of Foreign Language-Turkish proficiency, which is internationally valid, should be certified by the Turkish Embassies or Consulates in their own countries.

7- Residence permit,

8- ID no for citizens of foreign nationalities,

9- 4 photos, 4,5x6,0 in size (The photograph should be taken within the past 6 months and show a front view, and the photograph must clearly identify the applicant),

 

 

IMPORTANT POINTS REGARDING REGISTRATION

1-The applicants must apply in person for registration. Applications by mail are not accepted.

2-Uncertified copies or photocopies of the documents required for registration are not accepted.

3-Registration cannot be performed if the documents are incomplete.

4-The applicant who do not register between specified dates cannot claim any right.

5-The applicants indicating to renounce Turkish citizenship are required to authenticate their conditions with a document they will receive from the General Directorate of Civil Registration and Nationality.
